Interesting video, but I think the takeaway is that they are currently beating everyone by hust having strict policy and enforcement. AI automation seems to be in the early stages. The video shows a single arm replacing 3 workers according to the firm representative. Also the video notes that the figures might be misleadinf as a large amount of plastics are "downcycled" as in incinerated.
